Promote Systems Reform

Since WiSPP’s inception in 2014, much of our work has targeted the individual and institute levels.

However, it has been identified that in order for this work to be optimised and to make the transformational change necessary, system reform is required.

We believe that the five institutes working together provide an influential and legitimate convening authority to assist in initiating a process to engage key people and other institutions to deeply reflect on how we can consider new actions and policies that will have an impact in building and enabling an equitable environment for women in science.
