About Marilyn Jones
Marilyn Jones is an Executive Recruiter and Scientist experienced in resourcing staff for companies and assisting individuals with their careers. Working for both niche and multinational recruitment organisations Marilyn has worked across multiple sectors in many industry and business sectors both in Australia and the UK.
Marilyn’s focus when starting her company was to look after the individual. This has now developed into an extensive program working with people in many industries to assist them in their career aspirations and job search. Recruitment for organisations has been a natural progression for her company and she now works assisting startups to multinationals with their HR and recruitment needs. She particularly enjoys the challenge of ‘The Search’ for hard-to-fill roles.
As a member of the Recruitment and Consulting Services Association (RCSA) she demonstrates that she will maintain her knowledge and skills and is committed to excellence, professionalism and best practice in the care of all who work with her.
